Welcome to the Confidence Coaching Certification – Certification Center (“Certification Center”), a member-exclusive area provided by Confidence Coaching Certification. By accessing and using the Certification Center, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Certification Center.

Membership Account

1.1 Eligibility: To access the Certification Center, you must become a registered member by providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Certification Center and you must be in good standing for your payment plan for the program.

1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Certification Center Usage

2.1 License: Confidence Coaching Certification grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Certification Center for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Certification Center for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. This includes but is not limited to distributing malware, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

2.3 Content Ownership: Any materials, resources, or content provided within the Certification Center are the property of Confidence Coaching Certification or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Certification Center without prior written permission.

Payment and Access

3.1 Payment Obligation: Access to the Certification Center is contingent upon the payment of the applicable fees for the Confidence Coaching Certification program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the required fees according to the payment terms provided.

3.2 Revocation of Access: In the event that your payment for the Program becomes overdue or incomplete, Confidence Coaching Certification reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Certification Center until your account is in good standing. Any outstanding balances or fees shall be settled promptly to restore access.

Certification Center Access for Certified Coaches

4.1 Continued Access: Once you have completed the Confidence Coaching Certification program and have become a certified coach, you will retain the right to access the Certification Center without additional charges, provided that your account remains in good standing.

4.2 Updates and Additional Programs: As a certified coach, you will have continued access to the Certification Center, including any updates made to it over time. Additionally, Confidence Coaching Certification may offer future additional programs for continued professional development within the Certification Center. Participation in such programs may be optional and subject to separate fees or charges.

Termination

Confidence Coaching Certification reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Certification Center at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confidence Coaching Certification shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Certification Center or any content therein.

Changes to the Terms

Confidence Coaching Certification may update these Terms from time to time, and you will be notified of any material changes. Your continued use of the Certification Center after the changes will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
